Empowered Futures was founded by a group of individuals whose lives were profoundly impacted after experiencing firsthand the transformative power of mentoring, and its capacity to enrich the lives of young adults. They recognized the need for a platform where young adults could connect with potential mentors, and also the need for diverse tools and resources to help them overcome the unique challenges of an increasingly uncertain world.

While the emerging adults in today’s complex world benefit from unprecedented access to information, education and technology, many still struggle to find their path. A mentor is someone who can guide them in their journey, and help them navigate the complexities of the modern world, enabling them to discover their true potential.

We at Empowered Futures aim to carefully pair young adults aged 18-29 with potential mentors who can share their wisdom and experience, and guide them to become more confident, emotionally intelligent, and resourceful adults. Our dream is to recognize the brilliant potential in our younger generation so that they can realize their extraordinary ambitions, make a significant impact, and attain remarkable goals such as running their own successful companies, employing thousands of people. Inspiring others, in turn, to achieve their own dreams. Our mark of true success is when our programs have positively impacted more lives than just our direct recipient. We will have achieved success when our participants become confident leaders, creating a ripple effect that can be felt over the years and across generations.
